Easily swap page revision definition to mod the colorize feature as needed.

Since clean pages are coming straight out of writers room / final draft / etc, we were able to safely bulk process those pages all at once. Please let us know if this isn't working. We have mainly tested it with final draft pages, so another software creating the pages may render them slightly differently and we'll have to add cases for those.

Either finds revision of the lined or clean page or if it can't find it on lined page it inherits it from clean page.

A production day can involve multiple episodes, and until you add scenes it doesn't know what episode a shoot day belongs to. So we adjusted when the filtering happens to leave the production day available to add scenes to it.

Commenter and Viewer types are read-only user types. BUT The commenter team members can modify just the comments portions. In scenes mode, tasks, pickups, and edit notes.

Also added ignore remaining documents in single page mode. Use case: Episodes documents are combined and you run into a page that proclaims the next pages belong to that episode. Assistant Editors can now just ignore remaining so they don't bother with the other teams documents.

We tried to streamline the organizing process so its just faster and less time out of your day. We are open to any ideas on further improvements to keep making it better and better.

There's a more robust uploader that lets you select multiple files at once, see their upload percent or error messages per file.

Click the visual sort button to get to a different layout where you can click and drag the pages to your liking and then commit that arrangement or cancel.

Categorize a page as a progress report and you'll see the yellow page populate around the app.

Up / Down arrow keys quickly step through the pages.

Any of those being defined consider as complete in your tasks page can be archived quickly. this way you can not filter out complete if you want to still see them, but archive once you've completed a batch that makes sense to you.

Please report back to us if you see this bug so we can squash it. But I think we got it, we couldn't reproduce it after our last fix.

It appears we have fixed it on beta, so on the next release this should hopefully go away.

Click on user settings gear upper right, and if you are a beta tester you will see Bug and Feature buttons

When you add scenes covered there's now multiple buttons for options to add a fully covered or partially covered. This can help visualize what the production days are ahead as intended and then how they actually happened once they pass.

Click the date in the schedule column, or open the full schedule window for a scene, and you can click any of those dates and it will take you to calendar view to easily jump around.

You can now navigate the calendar with arrow keys and see other other's day selection. Hitting ENTER on the day will open the add shoot day / crew window for ease.

Go to shooting schedule, click on calendar view mode and option for WEEK view instead of month. You'll now see only pickups showing up that are not marked as completed.

Looking into ways to either keep connection alive, or if it dies, and you return to the page, to simply attempt a reconnect so the user feels like it never lost connection even if they did. This will alleviate needing to refresh as often as we currently have to.

Currently if you just do not double click to enter editing a comment field it seems to work. We are working on a fix.

Open Reports and use Spreadsheet Data Export. Excel includes related tabs for Scenes, Shooting Schedule, Tasks, and Pickups. CSV and tab-delimited formats provide separate data exports. Database IDs, login data, documents, hashes, and encryption data are excluded.

In Tasks > Edit Notes, select the pencil icon beside a note. The same pencil workflow is available for descriptions under Assigned Tasks.

Open an edit in Tasks > Edit Notes and select ADD NOTE. The first entry creates that edit’s blue Scratch Pad system batch. Later quick notes for that edit continue to collect in the same blue batch, separately from purple email imports.

Updates that previously required a refresh now broadcast to the other active users as expected.
